Shipping and returns

Shipping

We ship orders within Poland and abroad.

Poland

Delivery time is 3–7 business days from the moment of placing the order. Shipping is carried out via InPost and other courier companies (with the exception of Poczta Polska). We will inform you about the dispatch of your package by e-mail with a tracking number.

International

Delivery time for international orders is longer and depends on the destination country. Detailed information on delivery times is provided when placing the order.

Returns

You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving the package without giving a reason.

Please note: Returns apply only to products available in the standard store offer. We do not accept returns for custom-printed products or personalized products – these are made individually and are not subject to return in accordance with Article 38 point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act.

To make a return, please contact us at kontakt@hex3d.pl. The product should be undamaged and in its original packaging. The cost of return is borne by the buyer, unless the product was faulty.
